For those of you who are not in the awesome but yet shady skateboard industry, there are these little things called tradeshows. It's where companies showcase their up and coming product and shop owners/buyers place orders to purchase what you guys see in the shop.

There are a bunch of lame "skateboard" tradeshows in this industry but I'm not going to call out any names. There are about a handful of tradeshows worth mentioning about and one of them is the Moat Show put on by Skatepark of Tampa. I had the pleasure to work for these guys and they do so much for skateboarding because they are skateboarders. This was their 1st ever tradeshow and it was a success. They held a best trick contest and team rider Shawn Hale had 2 tricks in the video below. He's rocking a black tee around the 1 minute 27 sec - 1 minute 32 sec mark. He also took home $200 which you see around the 2 minute mark for his cab fs boardslide 270 out. Congrats to Shawn and Skatepark of Tampa for doing things right!
