Here is an update on some news about our team. To start things off, you can see our team in Vu's very own video called "Perception". Be sure to come to the premier on June 7th at Fraziers on the Avenue and purchase a copy.

Tom Geilfuss has been busy traveling and just recently came back from a trip to Jamaica with the Untitled team. He wrote a story about his adventures and that will be posted shortly. Be sure to check out his new ad for Untitled in the newest Thrasher. He shares the ad with our good friend Shawn Hale.

Speaking of ads, Gary Smith has an ad in the newest Transworld for Ergophobia.

Front cover baby! Toebee Parkhurst recently got the front cover of FTK magazine.

Sergie Ventura just took 6th place at the Pro Tec Pool Party going against guys such as Rune and Bucky. He also took 10th at the XGAMES in China.

We are super stoked on our team and hope you are as well.

GRAND OPENING

Incase you haven't been informed, our grand opening is going to kick off on Sat June 7th at 10AM. There will be a 20% off sale on all mens, womens, and youth apparel. Along with that sale, is also a 20% off sale on all shoes. We will also have a backyard BBQ, complimentary drinks, and a demo on our INDOOR mini ramp featuring the Catalyst team. Feel free to come and skate it but you must have a valid waiver signed (this means if you're under 18, bring your parent(s) or legal guardian (no, your aunt,uncle, or whoever CAN NOT be your legal guardian unless they have the proper court documents). You must have a valid ID stating that you're over 18. You don't have to wear full pads but a helmet is required for EVERYONE. We will have the printable version of the flyer on the website in the next day or 2.

After all the craziness slows down at the shop, we'll be heading over Fraziers on the Avenue ( www.fraziersontheavenue.com ) for the celebration of our grand opening and premier of Vu Skateboard Shop's video called "Perception". Our filmer/editor, Bobby Spero is hard at work on it at this very moment. The video will be for sale afterwards for only $5. With the purchase of the video you'll receive a coupon to use for a discount on an instore purchase and/or ramp session. After the video we will be playing skate videos all night along w/ music. There is a $5 cover for the event.

This is an all ages event...until 11AM. Anyone under 21 must leave by 11. This is out of our control and we apologize in advance. Most of the places that were interested in holding our afterparty had people under 21 leaving by 9 or 10. Frazier's is helping us out so please show your support.

Speaking of support, many people such as Transworld, Slap, The Skateboard Mag, Ergophobia Clothing, Skatepark of Baltimore, and Osiris Shoes have already had our flyer on their news, forum, blog, event, etc pages. Please support these brands because they support us. Due to not knowing how many people are going to show, we are opening the doors for the event at 8PM. The video starts at 9PM. this gives you some time to grab a few drinks, something to eat, mingle with ladies and/or gents, etc. Be sure to tip the waiter, waitress, and bartender.
